Gotta LOVE days like these :))))

Accenture's Houston office-wide meeting was today at Minute Maid Park.  It was such a neat experience.  Seeing some of my start group friends for the first time in a couple of months, in addition to all the people I don't get to see on a regular basis, made it feel like a huge reunionnnn:)))))  I LOVE days like these.  And, then, with a little encouragement to wear my GT polo ( :))  I got to meet some really cool peeps along the way.  And, I got to meet my career counselor in person, briefly, but in person!!  I've met enough people now that, today, it really felt like wow.  Even in this whole big place, I still can connect with people.  Not feel lost.  Rekindle old connections and touch people.  SMILE.  Be with them, even for a short time.  Lives crossing paths in this crazy busy world.

Ohhhh mannnnn.   Amazing :)  The speakers this morning were so inspiring.  So moving.  The kind that make you so proud to be in the midst of all the amazingly smart, intelligent people that are so down to earth and fun loving and real.  It reinforces that our bottom line is - how do we make a positive impact, everywhere we go.  The speakers about the technology visions and innovations.  Way cool.  Future.  Feeling that your feet have a solid footing on this ground.  And that you can absolutely FLY.   And then the people from the Prison Entrepreneurship Program - surprisingly sharp.  What a privilege to be here.  Now.

This week has all around been Amazing.  Dad made a surprise visit for a meeting at their Houston office... so I got to see him Monday night :)))  Wednesday had an amazing swim at the lake, so peaceful and what a confidence booster!  Then Lawrence came and we had an awesome dinner last night.  Gloriana's birthday this weekend and seeing everyone and floating on the river.  Oh, so much to be thankful for.

Days like these just make me all happy inside.
